The position will report to the Country Sales Manager and will help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Sales Account Manager focus on providing business service solutions with focus on; cloud solutions, cyber security solutions, digital solutions, internet for business, internet of things, mobile communication solutions, Microsoft 365, domain and web hosting.
Identifies, develops & wins new sales opportunities for Safaricom SME products and services.
Expert in selling and marketing internet business solutions
Creating long-term business development plans and positioning of technology strategy, solutions and products to match with customer and business needs
Develops understanding of customers’ key business drivers and uses this knowledge for creating profitable business opportunities and growth in marketing Safaricom SME solutions.
Grow market reach and market share, Managing Deals and Understands the customer’s commercial, operational & technology challenges &opportunities
