The South Fitness (ESGRAY GROUP) Fitness Instructor is to provide professional fitness activities that include coaching, teaching classes and program design to Client Centre members and guests both in person and virtually. The Fitness instructor works towards creating excellence in the fitness center

Job Duties And Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating a positive, high energy, respectful fitness environment for both South Fitness physical and virtual platform clients.
Responsible for managing all aspects of the South Fitness physical wellness services using the approved organizational business model.
Responsible for hiring, training and educating new South Fitness Virtual/Physical Gym instructors and other physical wellness professionals using the approved organizational business model.
Ensuring that both virtual and physical fitness platforms are well equipped for adequate client usage. For Virtual; equipment is well maintained and virtual platforms fully functional. For Gym and Studio; clean, well equipped and functional.
Responsible for building South Fitness virtual and physical gym attendance including retaining current clients and attracting new clients. This includes working with wellness team to explore effective marketing avenues.
Responsible for maintaining well-structured South Fitness gym usage/training session schedules. Daily, Weekly and Monthly as well as management of all client fitness programs.
Responsible for creating, reviewing, completing and managing required program plans and fitness team reports on time including delivery and storage.
Manage all fitness team staff meetings and provide necessary feedback.
Must be equipped to address and resolve client concerns in a professional and objective manner.
Responsible for maintaining current, active employee files which include resume, FIRST AID/CPR certifications, fitness certifications, disciplinary items, emergency contact info, and more.
Must be flexible and willing to work outside the structured work schedule as needed, this may include weekends and holidays.
Virtual Sessions Content Creation and Delivery
Facilitating live virtual sessions including fitness classes and webinars for South Fitness Clients.
Developing an exciting inclusive, engaging, and action oriented virtual engagement community to encourage recruitment of new members as well as retention.
Create meaningful content to be shared with clients on a regular basis, content designed to teach clients new skills aligned with the South Fitness wellness program objectives, attract potential new members across social media channels and also facilitate ongoing discussions.
Shares content that will facilitate member-to-member interaction and discussions via client virtual platforms, digital media platforms, live webinars and workshops, and other channels as required.
Use data and learnings from live sessions and client virtual interactions to facilitate group discussion.
Inspire and support South Fitness clients using virtual sessions, virtual interactive platforms as well as one on one coaching by building healthy habits using behavior change coaching principles.
Offer timely responses to client inquiries and concerns in virtual fitness platforms.
Provides support to South Fitness team members as needed including the wellness team, administrative team, management team and other consultants.
Bachelors’ degree in sports science or equivalent certifications
Thorough knowledge of fitness as a service, products and equipment is required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be comfortable and with technology including email, use of an online database to track members progress, Gmail and Google suites, various websites, apps, and web conference apps like Zoom, Skype and/or Google Hangout.
